So, my mom surprised me with an awesome dress! It's from JCPenney! I do not know the price. It is a dress that has the illusion that it's a high waist skirt with a shirt tucked in but it's a dress! I love these kind! :) It's sort of greenish bluish. I love it! I am wearing it with my white boots I got at Justice and the green tank top I got at Forever 21!
